Outstanding service from Lauren in the Taunton store !! We had a few doubts about our holiday we had booked and decided to change quite close to the deadline. Lauren was so helpful and understanding, her customer service skills are truly amazing. She took care of everything ensuring we got everything we wanted. Thank you Lauren for taking away the stress from my shoulders today I am incredibly grateful to you 😁

Felt a little bit miss sold on our recent holiday. Wasn't told about all the things not included in the all inclusive (ice creams only available 2-4, pudding van was extra, only certain drinks included) also wasnt told most of the entertainment is on the Ireland not the actual hotel and even tho it wasnt far with a 5 year old it would have been so we didn't use (if we was told i would have taken a stroller) for a very expensive holiday (almost 4000 for 5 of us for 1 week) I dont feel we was sold value for money unfortunately. And as it was our first holiday makes the disappointment a little worse.

Hays travel is okay for booking a holiday. I personally don’t think I’d use them again as I found better service at TUI. It feels a bit outdated here when it comes to how things work but otherwise staff are very friendly and had a nice time talking to staff every time we visit. (By outdated, it’s more about how you access documents and boarding passes, everything feels like a slow process. Such as booking seats for the plane).

Lewis is such a helpful person!! I had a lovely experience, and now I’m waiting for my dream holidays! Really recommend the Hays Travel!
