booked an hr (human remains) transit from SAN to HNL. Didn't state that they needed specific documentation that no other carrier requested nor required. Didn't tell us until we arrived. During the initial conversion specifically asked method of payment accepted, we were told Business Check or Credit Card. We arrived with a business check and the person at the San Diego facility Anthony said they didn't accept checks. We then call in a credit card, so then their terminal doesn't work. Horrible experience for our funeral direct, our transport personnel and the family that lost a loved one.

I was really nervous about sending our dog to Hawaii. I really have to say that Hawaiian Airlines Cargo in Austin, Texas made it really easy to ship our dog. The people that work there are just awesome. I asked a millions questions 😂 the young lady was very patient and answering every question I had. The price was very reasonable for a large dog.
