I love the staff at Oakland Hawaiian Air! Always a great experience from counter check in with Mele and the nice ladies behind the counter ensuring my bags and flight were taken care for… nothing can beat such sweet ladies. When I’m back even thinking of sending the ladies puas in the front counters but absolutely love them all from gate check in to the flight attendants on board truly an “aloha feeling from the islands” as soon I’m dropped off at the gate. Thank you for such an amazing experience Oakland Hawaiian Air staff! Much mahalos!

Some man standing beside her said there's no such thing as seat 16g when it is clearly listed as the seat for me. I will not ever use Hawaiian Airlines again. I did attempt to chat with their messaging service on the app to no avail they advised me I could email about any complaints that I had.
