Best 1st class service. Highly recommend this airline to fly to any of the Hawaiian islands. Great breakfast which included mushroom and cheese omelette, free usage of their loaner tablet to watch movies of your choice, large seats, all you can drink cocktails and coffee!

If we're to believe the bs a car broke down behind our plane which can't be moved. It's ok though only 15 minutes from taking off. Saying that for the past 1.5 hours. This plane is old and tiny. Rudy the flight stewardess is a nasty little man. Was super rude on flight AS 284. Asked if I could switch my seat to an empty row, he said no. I said it was up to him. He caught a huge attitude and aggressively asked if there was going to be a problem. Only the problems you make Rudy. Hope you are as miserable by yourself as you are at work.

Now as a family we’ve been on some pretty gnarly airlines, including Air India. But Hawaiian may be the worst destination-to-travel disparity of them all. On the way there it was mayhem from check in, to delayed departures, to dodgy inflight entertainment, to poor food and service. On the way back…THEY LEFT THE WHOLE PLANE’S LUGGAGE BACK IN HAWAII. Incredible. Little to no compensation, just a shrug and a form to fill in. Genuinely mind boggling how such a beautiful island can be home to one of the worst airlines we’ve ever experienced. Avoid if you can, or just be content with a $50 coupon for your troubles.
