Greeting you with Plumeria’s. The ticket counter agents always seem so happy. Aloha 😁 and like clockwork at 8am the flight departs PHX A great friendly cabin crew give you excellent service. Although the seats aren’t extra wide they are comfy and go fully flat. The food is quite good and the crew really excelled which lately is not a given on Hawaiian. All together a wonderful experience.

This airline is the worst! I booked a first class ticket for my mom and she had nothing but issues and then they ran of food and she didn’t get to eat which unacceptable. I will charging that ticket back. Then in the same week i fly first class to Maui from phi. Plane has no WiFi both ways which is unacceptable on such a flight. The food was sub par and service was hit or miss. I’ll never fly Hawaiian ever again as every other carrier fly’s where they do!

The flight staff was very friendly we enjoyed our flight we fly with Hawaiian Airlines all the time we love Hawaii we will be seeing you again soon Hawaiian Airlines pic was taken right after we left home :-)

It was not a good experience. We booked a morning flight which in the end with multiple changes, became a 330p flight and didn’t get to the airport till 1230am and home till 2am. Hence the reason we booked a 930am flight. Plane was freezing cold, only received a sandwich for a 6 hr flight, no snacks were given and only came around with drinks once, the rest of the flight they offered water. Asked that all window shutters be closed when it was daylight so it was a dark 6 hr flight, we had small children and it was already going to be dark soon enough not sure why it had to be done when the sun was still shining. I will stay with southwest.

Warning: Hawaiian Airlines has gotten into bed with Barclays Cards and they employ trickery in their practices: as many of you know at the end of your flight they will offer you the ability to apply for a credit card and earn 70,000 bonus miles after your first purchase. What you don’t know is when you apply for that card Barclay Will switch your application over to a spend $2,000 within 3 months from the date you apply. They don’t provide you with these facts even when you call to talk with their customer service people (or maybe they do just in small print). On top of that they charge $99 yearly fee for this card. I now have a bad taste in my mouth not only towards Barclay but towards Hawaiian airlines. Don’t fall for this fake offer unless you are prepared to track your spending and make sure you spend $2,000 from the date you apply.
