And if you suddenly meet their eyes, they promise that they will come now and continue to ride. Then the loader says go outside, I am now driving a forklift and then begins to load and unload a huge truck. and just closes the door in front of me. And leaves again. Unloading one pallet requires 3 hours of waiting and patience.

By far worst experience of my life having to use this service located in Los Angeles to ship my dog to Hawaii. The employees will stop at nothing to make your life miserable for pure enjoyment. I wish I had the supervisor's name that kept rejecting my kennel. She purposely kept giving me an incorrect customer service number to reschedule the booking, broke me down to tears because I had to miss my flight and they were not flexible. They told me to go to a certain address to get the appropriate kennel, when I rushed back with it, they also rejected that kennel. Horrible, miserable experience. Do yourself a favor and don't use this service.

There is no coherence in the work of warehouse workers, no one is responsible for anything, they hide their eyes on the floor as if you are not there, drivers wait for 4-5 hours to pick up one small box. the manager is either completely absent from work or works remotely from Hawaii

Won't let you use the restroom and had to wait several hours to pick up our dogs. They really didn't waste much time. And our dogs were in good health.

These guys were very nice and friendly moving my three dogs from inner islands would use again for sure
