I only want to know one thing. Is Hanscom AF Base responsible for all the jets spraying the skies almost every day?

Cute base but it's odd to me that there aren't any American Flags displayed; seems unpatriotic. They used to have a lot of American flags and pride with our country displayed everywhere, but over the past 3 years it's vanished. Not sure why. The BX also has no Army patches or tags, which is strange because there are multiple branches operating on post. But good selections of clothes and other items if you're looking for consumer goods instead of mil gear. It's clean, though, and pretty quiet. Just doesn't seem to show any patriotism which is sad.

We stayed at the Famcamp in July 2021. The host and hostess are very nice people; however, the rv park could use some upkeep. The bath house needs to be cleaned and is desperate for some upgrades (broken sink and stalls need repair). The park roads could use some rock because when it rains, there is nothing but mud holes. It appears some Campers are there for a long time (not sure about that 30 day policy). The grass doesn't look like it's been mowed in a month. The location is close to historic and sight seeing areas.

For such a small base it has lots of amenities--gym, movie theater, Base Exchange, grocery store, military clothing, the works! And, I've also enjoyed staying in base lodging I would enjoy going back again. The only negative is the massive amount of traffice in the morning and the aevening commute.
