I have just returned from a trip that began on October 9th.
I was in Terminal B,EWR looking for Aer Lingus, and I tripped over my bags and fell on the floor. A very nice airport person, named Miguel, helped me up, found a wheelchair and rushed me, with my bags, upstairs, to the check-in desk at Aer Lingus.
Unbeknownst to me, my passport had fallen out of my pocketbook when I fell on the floor and when we arrived at the Aer Lingus check in desk I then discovered my passport was gone. Miguel rushed to the first floor and found my passport and I was able to go on my vacation.
Without Miguel I would not have been able to travel. I want to commend him and I do want your company to know what a great service he did for me.
Please let him know that his kind work saved me much anguish and I want to thank him again.
