This was definitely one of the best trips we have been on and it was first class service from the planning phase through the actual trip. Gupta Tours were the best travel agency that we have ever worked with! From the planning phase, which they had a large array of services and options, I have never had a travel agency handle the planning process so thoroughly and professionally. Then there was the trip.... First class all the way around. We had luxury cars waiting for us at every destination to take us to our hotel. Everything was planned by Gupta Tours, we literally didn't have to worry or think about anything. with the hotel granting us the wrong room and Mr. Pawan handled the situation to get us a unbelievable upgrade! The hotel that the Gupta Tours and Travels booked for us were phenomenal, which met our expectations from what they showed us when we were booking the trip. All the tours and day trips were excellent as well. Highly recommend their day sailing trips!!!
