I called to book several rooms for several family members on the brand new ship, MSC World America. I knew we'd be spending 15k-20k for the entire family-no problem, I just wanted some guidance. The gal that I spoke to wasn't just short and rude, she refused to help me because she doesn't like MSC. Does this make any sense coming frome a travel agent? No worries there missy, we found an agent that was more than happy to help us. I can't stand business people like this.

Jennifer and Terri are the best travel agents. My husband and I are not the easiest people to deal with as we are always anxious to have everything finalized - yesterday. During the pandemic, Jennifer kept us informed on the status of our cruises. They handled the hours waiting on the phone and they also handled keeping the cruise companies mindful of our credits.
