Staff was friendly and helpful open the door while I carry my dog and cage out.

Received my first ever cargo with no difficulties nor complications. I Received the arrival notice email a few hours after the plane landed, giving me 48 hours to pick it up with no extra storage fee. Rented a uhaul big enough for my pallet dimensions according to the AWB, so the forklift could easily put it inside saving me time and trouble. Warehouse staff were all professionals and Nothing was lagging on their end. I suggest people to at least research how the process is done and what should be anticipated if it's their first time doing this. The staff are doing this everyday with numerous cargoes, so there's a high probability for it to be your fault if something goes wrong!

Reps are rude and not helpful at all. I call for my work for a problem shipment, then they keep hanging up on me.

Good luck if you find yourself in the unfortunate situation to deal with this company. We had a shipment in this warehouse for 2-weeks, and nobody from this company had told us that the shipment was there incurring fees. I than spoke to a lady named Varsha, and she mentioned I still needed the shipment to clear customs and pay the storage fees. And after that was done, I needed to inform GTA Dnata when we were picking it up and what courier was going to come. I responded to the email she sent out, and included their "counter" distribution list, asking if everything was cleared on their end, and how late they were open until, along with the courier that was going to pick it up. I requested confirmation before sending a courier. This was at 12pm. No answer, so I called, no answer. The following morning, we called again, no answer, I followed up on the email, no answer. I finally got a hold of someone and they had the audacity to say I needed to pay additional storage fees because it wasn't picked up the day before. I thought that was ridiculous, since it was their lake of communication that caused it. I eventually got ahold of the Manager, Bhasker, on the phone, and he said he would look into it, and call me back 5mins later. He didn't call back, but rather responded rudely via email, that it was our fault and we shouldn't have needed a response to the email and we were to just pickup the shipment. I went to the facility myself to talk to Bhasker and pickup the package, and he had one of the ladies talk to me while he was hiding in the back. With terrible management, it will trickle down to the rest of the operations. Not surprisingly, they didn't charge me the additional storage fees, because they realized Varsha was at fault for the additional delay.

The staff and some of the improvements I have seen over the years at this spot are great. Seems to be well managed place. People also seems very friendly and always helpful.
