This is a nice little studio tucked away in an unassuming complex in Phoenix. I bought the week of unlimited classes and ended up taking 4 spin classes. I was pleased with my experience. The classes were full, the music selections were exciting, the energy in the room was palpable, and the instructors did a really great job. The attendees of the classes were so friendly, and there was a healthy variety of beginners and strong riders, which I think creates a very welcoming environment. 5 stars for the classes. Things that could use improvement: the classes did not start on time, I tried planning my workday around morning spin classes but they started late and got out late, and as a result, I was late to work. I wish there were more 6am spin classes so I didn’t have to choose a class that was close to my work start time. The bikes could also use some tuneups and a good cleaning. The washcloths were woefully small for wiping sweat off, and one morning, my towel smelled sour. Nothing was a big deal; just a couple of minor dings on an otherwise very fun week of spinning! Christian ALWAYS SLAY!! I love all of his classes at Groundwrk. Whether it's a lift or a ride, I know the class is going to killerrrr. His music is always so fun, he is so motivating, and all of his classes are so well prepared. 10/10 recommend!!

Groundwrk is a community, full of people that empower each other to not only feel good about themselves, but to help others feel good too. In the past few years, going to nearly 100 classes of Spin and Lift, I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. The owners, coaches and staff make everyone feel comfortable and welcome at all levels. The best part is everyone there gives you the encouragement to push yourself to get stronger and more confident not just in the fitness realm, but to go out into the world with the confidence to handle the game of life, and feel good while doing it. Groundwrk is A+++++++++++

One of the BEST cycling studios in the entire state!!! They also have Lift classes as well... The vibe and community is unmatched!! It really is like being in a club while working out... Def recommend to anyone looking for a fun experience and good work out!

If you love spin, this is your spot!!! The energy is always so high, and the instructors, owners, and staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. I love Ryan’s noon class on Thursdays and Fridays. His high energy and organized chaos (in the best way possible) are my absolute favorite! His class can seriously make my day! Overall, it’s an amazing gym, and I would highly recommend it!

Ultra-inclusive, no D-bags, and both beginners (like myself) snd advanced riders are welcome. I started with one class a week and and am now up to 3. They also have Lift classes and a sound healing class which are equally awesome.
