The owner of this airport is amazing! We landed our plane. Without noticed to the owner we needed to store the plane. He immediately accommodated us. I’d highly recommend this airport

This is a great little airport nestled in the trees not far from climax and a little farther from Greensboro, Burlington and triad. It has a sloped runway for easy t/o and landing unless wind is blowing uphill then use caution. The mechanic shop here is excellent and has helped me a ton. There is a small fbo area with bathrooms and shower for tenant use. Has a windsock and radio activated rwy lights that occasionally fail. Overall this is an economic place to store a plane if you don't live too far or want to visit the area or hire the mechanic.

Friendly and laid-back small-town airport. The owner and mechanic on the field were extremely helpful and welcoming. I much prefer flying into this field with my light twin instead of the larger expensive international airport.

It gets a little congested on the hangar taxiway where it has one lane in that blocks the way out so if people park cars, trucks, or planes around the taxiway it requires waiting for them to move it but the short taxi to ramp/runway is so short it is still faster and more efficient than larger airports with long taxis and traffic for runway use
