This is a great little airport; clean, friendly and surprisingly quiet. It has 2 relatively small sets of gates (A & B), some food but not a lot, and is an easy in and out. The TSA check in was easy and quick the morning after a Packers game; we had a lot of spare time after arriving 2 hours prior. If you need transport it is highly recommended you book an Uber. A 5 1/2 mile taxi ride from the airport was $40. The same ride in an Uber to the airport the morning after a game was less than $20.

This is a very small, but clean airport. There are two “terminals” with different TSA lines. The TSA line does close and doesn’t open until close enough to the next flight. A for Delta and B for all other airlines. The B terminal has a business center with desk sections and a kids zone. The Enterprise rental car location here was very friendly. The check in and baggage pickup are on the same ground level.

Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport was a pleasant surprise. It’s a smaller airport, which made everything feel calm and manageable. Directions throughout the terminal were clearly posted, which made navigation a breeze—and getting out of the airport was refreshingly quick and easy. A special shout-out to the gentleman at the rental car desk, who was incredibly friendly and helpful—he made the pickup process smooth and welcoming. Overall, a very positive experience with just a touch of room to grow. I’d definitely fly through here again.

Super tiny, but friendly TSA staff. Trivial to navigate. They have a jet powered cow and some cars from a museum on display. The cars are in pristine shape in spite of their age. The cow is simply a ton of fun.

Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport is a great example of how air travel doesn’t have to be stressful. It’s small, easy to navigate, and spotless throughout. The staff; from the gate agents to TSA and everyone in between, were all friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. There are some cool car displays and nice local artwork that give it a bit of personality without feeling overdone. Overall, it’s a calm, well-run airport that makes flying feel a lot easier than it usually does. There’s only two concourses which helps keep it simple; and for travelers leaving the city after a Packers game; my flight was boarding at 2:30 on Monday, I parked my rental car at 12:18, and was sitting at the gate, (after waiting from the parking lot, going through TSA, and going to my gate), at 12:41. It was heaven.
