We, two old ladies, were scammed by taxi driver. An official wearing blue ribboned I.D badge lead us away from taxi sign to an awaiting what we thought was an uber/taxi. He charged us $200 for a ride to the Sheraton. Watch out

Plane landed from Mexico City at 6:10am. Waited over 20 minutes for the entrance to the airport to open. Why allow planes to land that early? We pay a lot in fees to take off and land from this airport. Perhaps better customer seevice?

American long weekend and you have 1 security line for domestic. It’s incredibly bad service. The limo lanes for drop offs is full of uber drivers. There is no control at this airport. This must be the worst airport in the world.
