I don’t remember actually going to the visitors center but I can say that our trip to Palm Springs was awesome. Went for a wedding and made a trip out of it.

Extremely hot weather but I love the mountain view. A laid back and peaceful place to relax. A quick getaway place to go from San Diego, 2 hours 15 minutes.

Beautiful offices with very friendly staff.

The beautiful Sunnyland gardens are free and a must-do if you're visiting the greater Palm Springs area!

We booked a 3-room and a 2-room units for a family trip, and as soon as we opened the door with anticipation and entered, the room was filled with a pleasant smell, the carpet was dirty, and the screen door attached to the door to the veranda was broken. It doesn't feel like we're at a resort. It feels like we're in a cheap apartment in a slum. A place I wouldn't want to stay again
