The attendant at Ben x eyewear scammed my daughter, charging her for items she didn't want, and refusing to speak to her, pretending not to speak English. She should be immediately dismissed. This is horrible customer service and reflects poorly on the entire airport staff. Her money should be returned immediately. My daughter's flight has been delayed till the morning so there is an opportunity to make this right.

SCAMS VISITORS to Orlando airport. We followed signs @ Orlando airport to long term parking that lead to the time stamp machine to enter long term parking. This was @ 5am. We parked. When we returned from our trip our car had been towed. There are no visible signs that you can't park in areas. They claimed we should have known because there were orange on posts. This was 5am and pitch black. How are visiters supposed to know orange means anything. The long term parking signs lead us to here. The towing company that makes big $$$$ on this scam Able did a video of the orange posts and a sign on a post that is not visible to drivers. ( i have since found out that's another scam signs don't have to be visible, as long it's posted somewhere that's good.) Thousands of peoples cars have been towed in this scam and if you can't afford $$$$ thousands to get your car back they sell it

Nothing ruins the calm and relaxation of a cruise like MCO airport. 2024 and it is still the worst run airport in the country. Here is just a start of the rants from someone who travels almost 2 out of every 4 weeks. - Technology so outdated, still have to take laptops out. Even small PVD has new equipment. Get with it Orlando. Buy the new equipment so the lines move faster. - TSA and Clear two lanes with one TSA agent, with is the point of that? Passengers wait just as long and they pay not to. - COVID was 4 years ago and you know your daily traffic, most inefficient airport in the country in their layout, staffing models, etc. How have you not figured this out after 4 years? Seriously, a 1st year grad student could figure this out as a class project. - no priority, first class, line with clear or tsa privileges. - a delta club where the delta attendants don't even now where it is. -Airlines passenger check-in and baggage lines that run into each other because they cannot handle the traffic. The only positive were the happy attitudes of the tsa agents. The rest is a total failure. The board of your airport corporation should be fired along with the head of the company. Figure it out Orlando and do better. Find efficiency experts that can fix this run-down airport. From now on, I will not fly in/out of Orlando. Plenty of other airports that know how to run in Florida. I will drive 4 hours before I step foot in MCO airport again.

They have made transportation to parking an absolute nightmare. Plan on spending at least an hour having to walk through different terminals because they refuse to pick up at any terminal other than A for North parking. On top of raising prices it's no longer worth it.

The machines and gate are not working on surface lot 3 at the bright line and we were stuck for an hour trying to exit because of faulty equipment. I am seeking a refund because your staff refused to manually open the gate causing to miss appointments. Then they took the tag info and surpass info for some cars not all n let them through n refused to let me and others do the same. Awful business and customer service
