Staff here are great, very friendly. Speedy process through check-in and boarding. The airport is small but really nice. Had extra area upstairs to wait and watch planes come and go. Also has a bar upstairs. Very clean airport.

Nice smaller airport. Easy in and out. Rental car lot is on-site and easily accessible. From rental car drop to the gate was less than 10 minutes.

Small airport, but surprisingly crowded right after security, especially in Sections 1 and 2. We’re here in early June with no major crowds, and it already feels cramped—I can’t imagine how packed it gets in July or August! The space definitely needs to be reorganized to improve flow and comfort.

Nice airport, not big only 4 main gates I think. There is a Tim Hortons after you get through security and extra seating upstairs. Never personally had to wait more than a couple people for anything and getting checked bags is a breeze. Taxis right out front, air cab and I think there might be a bus service but not sure and didn't use it. Oh, there are no bathrooms in baggage claim but they are right outside the exit door.

Each time I travel through this airport, it feels more run down than the last. The terminal is in need of attention. Stained floors near the gates to restrooms that are consistently unclean and carry a strong odour of urine. At check-in, I was handed a boarding pass printed on thin, curled paper. When I asked about it, staff explained that this was a decision made by the airport, not the airline. It’s disappointing, especially when compared to the higher-quality card-stock passes provided at other airports like Toronto. Boarding can be quite chaotic, with multiple flights called at once and audio announcements that are too quiet or unclear to follow. That said, the one redeeming feature of this airport is its people. The staff, across the board, are kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. If it weren’t for their positive attitudes and professionalism, there would be very little reason to view this airport experience in a positive light.
