Never got picked up for tour. Scheduled to be picked up at our hotel, location was on THEIR list of places to be picked up. Was ready and waiting 30 minutes before start of the tour. Driver never came, when called, no explanation was provided, no concern shown, just "meh". Horrible service and company.

My wife and took The Grand Historic Tour and we were lucky enough to have Alex G as our tour guide. While there is alot to see and know in San Antonio it was Alex that brought it to life from the beginning he put us in the exact spot where General Santa Ana had gathered his troups before desending on the Alamo. Toward the end of the day he bought to a little know grotto along the San Antonio River it was really cool!

I enjoyed the day tour of San Antonio. Alex was a great tour guide, and he knew a lot about the history and the architecture. He was courteous and friendly. He picked me up at the Holiday Inn-Riverwalk on time, very punctual. I would recommend that anybody that wants to learn more about San Antonio to take the Gray Line tours of San Antonio. I presently live in Santa Clara, CA (next to San Jose) and I enjoyed my visit to San Antonio, Texas.

Our tour guide was hilarious! I wish we had known to bring cash for tips because he was awesome. We learned so much about the area and it didn't feel like school!
