Room was large and comfortable. Was there for 2 nights. Housekeeping missed providing more toilet paper and it too 2 hours to get it. That was a bit rough since I NEEEDED it. So much to do inside this resort. You could stay a week and probably still not do it all. Amazing space for a reasonable price. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel is SUPER cool with lots to do and plenty to see! We came for BLFC and we had a suite with a connected double Queen. The rooms and views were GORGEOUS. My only complaints are that, the rooms need a much more thuro look over when cleaning. The Queen had left over food in the fridge from the guest before, random trash in the fake glued down vases, and in the suite there was a good amount of areas that had very thick dust caked up. I know time is limited for cleaning but this hotel may want to invest in bigger cleaning teams/more employees. The pools and hot tubs are awesome! they are massive and I didn't feel like I was over crowding was happening even with the amount of people there. My only other complaint is that everything inside the hotel is EXPENSIVE. You would save more money getting 5 pizzas delivered than you would buying it there. We got 1 pie for over $55. 1 PIE. The froyo place tho? Hands down best pricing. Bless that place.

Best Bartender at High Limit GSR! An An is absolutely amazing! She’s super friendly, fast, and make the best drinks every single time. Every drink she make is Chef’s kiss balanced, and seriously delicious. But, it’s not just the drink- it’s the energy. An A somehow keeps the whole bar buzzing. You’ll come for 1 drink and somehow stay for 3 or 5. 😂 An A makes High limit the kind of place you brag later. She’s the best!

Keehan, made us go in, very kind, but possibly got in trouble for letting me check in? I’m unsure, after i spent the whole week, on the second to last day, they invaded my space. Broke my dog’s bowl, left towels, bedsheets, and shuffled through my belongings while i was gone. My caretaker informed that stuff was scattered as i could not find my belongings. I feel very unsafe, and very violated. I had left my service dog for my strokes in the bathroom for training, and whoever came into the hotel, while the “PEACE” label was on, had left bathroom door, closet door, and some cabinets partially opened. I had mentioned i was here alone, but i was not, the entire time i was with my girlfriend. I panicked due to the three folks trying to help me out, but rushing me and demanding i get a refund through Expedia, which is a third party, who i booked twice with. They almost left me with no choice, but to go on the streets if it was not for the manager. They spoke to the manager, and the manager was understanding, i did not personally speak to the manager, but the lady named Rosa, with brown hair and blonde highlights, was very dismissive, and very impatient with me. Unfortunately due to the second to last day, i feel incredibly violated. If i was in my room alone, what would i have done? I tried calling for room service at a point as well, and unfortunately, it rung 4 times, with no answer. I immediately went downstairs, and i got served. I believe whoever was at front desk, was ignoring my room number call. Finally worst of all, i went with my girlfriend, and for the whole seven days, she did not leave my side. At the end of my stay, the manager Austin, started gaslighting me and trying to convince me i was “seeing wrong” because i had transition glasses. I’m not blind, so their assumption i had a service dog, and i had “shade glasses” for my light sensitivity and strokes. One last thing to mention, that i honestly feel robbed with, they ruined one of my leather pouches, roughly around $500 dollars and custom made. Needless to say, the service here is pretentious. Its embarrassing and disappointing for a four star hotel. Do better. I would not recommend this casino and or hotel.

An An in High Limit is absolutely the best. We've become regulars for awhile now and the interaction we have with her has always been great. She is so warm and welcoming. She constantly provides positive vibes for us and every other customer. We look forward to coming and seeing her. Even after months of being "away" she recognizes us and welcomes us with smiles and laughs!
