We enjoyed our short stay here. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are very nice, and most importantly, it made the start of our vacation easy as we didn't have to fight the traffic or airport construction on the morning of our travel. We live local, and this hotel fulfilled our needs immensely. We will definitely stay here again before our vacation starts.

Imagine our surprise to learn upon checking in there is zero food service available. Would have been nice to get a memo at least!! Now we either have to walk over to Terminal C to the Hyatt there, or get room service. This hotel is so poorly managed always!

We had a horrible experience with American Airlines the evening of Monday June 9th 2025. Long story short we decided to stay at the Grand Hyatt so we didn't have to leave the airport while waiting for our new flight home the following day. Gabriel assisted us with our stay and was wonderful! He lifted our spirits and provided us with the necessities we needed to get cleaned up due to our luggage containing our toiletries already being at our destination. I highly recommend this hotel, the room was beautiful, clean and quiet. Hopefully you will have the opportunity to work with Gabriel. His professionalism and kindness was refreshing to say the least. Especially because we now live in a World where that kind of person is hard to come by! Thank you Gabriel!

This review is only for the food court in the lobby area. I could get a chicken sandwich, coffee, and salad for 30 $ with a tip for one person. This is really the best deal in the airport I have seen. I believe in hospitality and affordability in airports and they provided the same. I loved the salad and burger. I usually don't give 5 stars but this time they deserve it. A suggestion would be a sign at the escalator that you have a restaurant upstairs. I was here by mere guess.

When most stay here it’s because of a flight delay and/or unfortunate circumstances. If you have the ability, this hotel is far and away a much more nice and convenient option than anything an airline would offer you. Staff understands customer service. Rooms are clean. Food is good.
