The arrangements made by Nicole at Gracy were great. She left plenty of time with layovers so that even when issues came up (as they always seem to in Africa) there was enough time to sort it out and not miss connecting flights. Their work on my permits and needed information was all correct and the paperwork everywhere went very fast with no issues due to paperwork or permits. I will be using Nicole again for my next trip to Africa. They made bringing my own firearms easier than I ever thought it would be. The airport escort in South Africa was really helpful in in learning where to go and what to do, that I was easily able to do it myself on the return flight through Cape town. Thanks again Nicole!
