I booked a trip to Punta Cana, DR as a graduation present for my 18 year old son and I. Courtney C. was AMAZING!!! She was in touch at any hour and no matter the circumstance. She helped with choosing our off resort excursions and checked in on us several times during our stay to make sure we were good to go! Can’t say enough about our experience! We will definitely use Courtney and Goulds Travel again in the future!

The experience was great, the agent walked me and my husband step by step through the process, due to it was are first cruise we knew nothing. When we had questions that popped up she would get right back to us to help. My husband and I loved the cruise so much that we booked another one, and can't wait until next year, and I am differently using the same agent.
