When making an appointment, if the agents were busy, you would have to wait up to 30 minutes, but if you arrive a minute late, they would cancel your appointment.

The ladies at station 7 and 8 were very polite and helpful. Service is fast as long as you do not wait until end of the month.

One of the quicker experiences I've had with airport badging. The good: Staff seem knowledgeable. Process seems efficient, at least compared to my experiences at other airports. Turnaround time on a badge was quicker than expected. The bad: It'd be nice if they'd have remembered to handle those access privileges when they issued the ID, especially since I work nights and can't just cruise over to their office if the badge doesn't work. If it fails on a Friday night (and it has), then I'm out half my weekly wages by the book to wait until the office opens to get it fixed. This is what checklists are for. Working this close to commercial aviation, you'd think they would be aware of the incredible value of checklists. Or some quality control/assurance practice. Overall: Not like I have options, but thankfully the lone choice is overall a really good one. At least, it stands up well to so many peers that I have to believe this is one of the best.

The wait wasn't long at all, maybe 20 minutes. The employees are very helpful and polite. There's also a shuttle that brings you from the GOAA Office directly to the airport as well as a bus line next to the building.

It’s not the dystopian nightmare that it was 10 years ago, but it’s still a bureaucratic quagmire to get through with the added bonus that about 1/3rd of the staff can’t speak/understand English to the point that asking for assistance will catch you an additional wait for a translator. Crazy considering English is a mandatory requirement in aviation.
