Great Hometiwn Airport with Big City Features. Easy fly in opportunity and only a stones throw away from Wrstgate Entertainment District.

Very nice city airport. Good services. I have landed here a few times, took a couple of training flights here (Helicopter and Twin Engine). Cafe is Gone, Did not survive covid 19. Not blaming the city, just the environment. This is a nice Longer field with plenty of parking and good FBO on the field. Location is great for west valley. Just two miles from the stadium (Super bowl, concerts and shows) If you fly in during the super bowl or other BIG event you may need reservations. If you fly in for the Phoenix Open, this is your bailout airport, as it is across the Valley from that event.The local support for this area includes very nice hotels and a outdoor mall with tons of good food.

These morons won't pick up the phone at 4am...they are asleep like I would like to be. FAA flight recommendations are clearly stated and clearly ignored.

It's good place for practice with not too much traffic unlike other airport.

Glendale Airport is a wonderful little airport and a great place to do business. My friend runs his company from there. They have a great conference room and good WiFi connection. It is a very relaxing place, very quiet. It's in a great location to. Airport appears well cared after. I would have no problem recommending clients fly in and out here.
