The only reason I am giving any stars is because of our sales rep Jodie! If I could just leave her 5 stars I would but I lost her QR code! She was very nice and understanding unlike the MANAGER Maurice (I don’t remember his exact name).After winning a free cruise we attended the sales pitch for the 90 minutes, we listened with open minds but ultimately it wasn’t a fit for us for various reasons and declined. He was very much unwilling to be understanding or attentive, I understand not wasting his time on those that aren’t interested but he just got up and left the table when my husband was communicating why we declined. It’s funny he did that in such a rude manner considering he had expressed that it doesn’t work or makes sense for some families but seemed angry at us about it and his actions spoke volumes. If he wanted to help families he should start with an attitude adjustment.

Jordan was amazing with helping us with all the questions we had and patient with the choice we made. It’s amazing all the wonderful benefits that you get when you sign on with GEVC. As for Adam , he was great with everything that he had to offer us. But at the moment it wasn’t our time to sign . Timing was off for us. But in any other time that this comes up for us we will definitely sign for the next time. Thank you so much GEVC.

Marie was absolutely amazing to work with! She was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our vacation experience stress-free and enjoyable. From start to finish, she made everything simple and clear, answering all our questions and ensuring we had the best accommodations possible. NEGATIVE 10000000000 stars. This is a scam. They charge high interest so we paid the $6k in full in September 2024 to avoid interest and realized the points they give you hardly cover anything. This was our biggest financial mistake EVER and they prey on people. We called multiple times asking how to cancel going forward and they wanted to charge us maintenance fees for the next two years (2026 and 2027) and a $300 processing fee, about $1k more. Customer service skirts around the steps on how to cancel. This company is evil and any positive reviews must have been bought. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
