Renee helped us plan and book a private chartered yacht vacation in Croatia. She coordinated with a charter company in Croatia and it was all first rate. She took care of every detail. We were very nervous about doing a private charter as we hadn't done one before. She gave us all the confidence we needed that it would be a great vacation and it was that and more. Renee was quick to respond during the planning stages and did a great job of getting us answers to our questions in a timely manner. The charter company she worked with was very professional and coordinated every part of our trip perfectly. Honestly, not a single hiccup. We will be working with Renee again!

Renee worked with us whe we decided to book a last minute cruise on Royal Caribbean. She made sure everthing went smoothly and that we weren't overwhelmed by the number of decisions we had to make all at once. She even followed up closer to the sail date with the news that there might be a change to the travel documentation we needed for one of our ports of call. If it was not for her, we would have definitely been caught unaware. Instead we had a very relaxing and memorable cruise with no hiccups or worries!

Renee booked a cruise for us with Sun Princess which was absolutely wonderful. She made it so easy, and she was so patient with our numerous questions! Renee was always fast to respond and was incredibly helpful. We were a bit leery about the cruise, but it was an easy thing to arrange with Renee's help so we did it and we enjoyed it so much more than we thought we would. Sun Princess is a beautiful ship, the team members are so professional and gracious, all in all it was a fantastic experience. We look forward to booking another cruise with Renee in the future!
