We were lucky enough to use Gentle Giant to help us with our move. We opted to make 2 moves on separate days so we weren’t overwhelmed with too much work. The first move was from our storage facility in Waverly to our new home in Mint Hill. Talon who was the lead crew member on both of our moves had great communication with us and was at the storage facility exactly when he said he would be! Michael, Alen and Dainius along with Talon were outstanding! They hustled and finished the first move within 4 hrs! The second move from our temporary apt to the new house was just as fantastic! All of the guys were respectful and helpful at putting the boxes and furniture wherever we needed them. I would recommend this group a thousand times over! Fantastic company and great experience! I have probably moved at least 10 times in my life. I have NEVER felt more comfortable with the moving company that has serviced us. The team of Mitchell, Edgar, Randy, Brandon and Luidas were outstanding!! They were professional, efficient and actually a lot of fun to work with during the move. In my previous moves I always felt like I had to babysit everything, but in this case it was like they were moving their own belongings. In this day and age it is a pleasure to see a team of professionals so dedicated to doing this very difficult work, so enthusiastically. Clearly a sign of a very well managed company that treats their employees well.

The crew from Gentle Giant was fantastic. Joe, Richard, Kayon, and Nick were excellent! They were exceptionally professional, friendly, and hard working They showed up right on time ( 5 minutes early actually). They took great care with all my items., wrapped all my furniture and moved everything perfectly. They are the greatest. Best move I’ve ever done. Highly recommend Gentle Giant!

We had a crew led by Brandon, and they were amazing. The job was bigger than anticipated, but they got it done. I had done a few cross country moves and local moves and this is by far the best group I have seen. They didn’t complain at all, and a lot our items were heavy. This was not an easy move, they communicated some of the challenges and quickly came up with solutions. This was nothing short of fantastic. If you need movers, go with Gentle Giant, you won’t regret it at all. Fantastic experience. The other team members were Randy, Christian, Liudas, Mitch, and Richard. I don’t want to leave them out, they were on the ball and knocked this job out of the park!

The guys were polite, prompt and efficient. No breakage of fragile objects at all. Willing to do anything. Made sure everything was in the right room. Got the beds and other furniture centered. Was willing to move anything around if it was not in right place or you changed your mind. Would highly recommend. Plus so helpful from the office, on the phone. Made it easy to schedule.
