Perfect GC West Rim Bus Tour (Optional Skywalk)😍 We booked the “GC West Rim Bus Tour (optional Skywalk)” for $115 operated by Sweetours, and it was an excellent experience! The entry fee for the West Rim was already included, and we also added the Skywalk option & no meals, which was perfect for us. The tour took place on October 14, 2025. We were picked up on time from our hotel with a small shuttle and transferred to a larger bus at another hotel. That bus had around 60 seats but was not full, so it was comfortable. Our driver and guide, Wally, was fantastic! He talked a lot, but everything he said was interesting and informative, never boring or annoying. On the way to the Grand Canyon, we made two short stops — one for breakfast (which wasn’t really necessary in my opinion), but we still arrived early at the canyon. The drive through the Joshua Tree Forest was beautiful, and Wally explained everything about the shuttle system at the canyon in detail. He also recommended how long to stay at wich point. Once there, we parked at the visitor center and took the shuttle to Eagle Point (where the Skywalk, Indian Village,.. is) and then the next to Guano Point. In total we had around three hours at the canyon, which was plenty of time to explore and enjoy the amazing views. It wasn’t crowded yet, it felt perfect. On the way back, we stopped again twice, including a quick stop at the Hoover Dam, which was a nice addition to the day. There were souvenir shops at every stop, and restrooms and water were available for free on the bus. We couldn’t bring food past the visitor center, but we knew that from the tour description. We just left our food on the bus and ate later — no problem at all. Overall, the tour was perfectly organized, the timing was great, and Wally made the experience even better. For us, it was absolutely worth it and we would 100% recommend it!

This GC tour to the Lower Antelope Canyon was great. It was a 5 hour long ride from Las Vegas but that’s how far it is. It was worth it because they pick you up at the hotel pickups on the strip. The tour guide was very funny, informative and helpful. It had 1 gas station bathroom stop each way. It offered a bagged lunch with sandwich, juice box and danish dessert. They also provided water and snacks. Once we got to the Antelope Canyon, a Navajo guided us in the canyon which was so amazing. I would highly recommend this tour especially if you don’t want to drive there from Las Vegas.

The Grand Canyon West was a wonderful experience. Nature at its best. A good breakfast at IHOP at the very beginning of the tour for only $10. A hearty lunch for $20. A scenic ride through the mountains. I also recommend the tour to Bryce National Park. Breathtaking scenes!!!!! Definitely worth the tours to these two places while visiting Las Vegas.

We had a fantastic time on our tour. Our tour guide was amazing. Our driver was amazing. We had a fantastic experience and learned a lot about both Vegas and the Grand Canyon. Boy, did our tour guide know a lot about the whole region! Fantastic presentation.

My husband and I booked this Grand Canyon tour leaving from our Las Vegas hotel in June 2025. We did not purchase the meal plan due to not knowing how busy the food places would be there. We packed a lunch but then were told we could not take a cooler on the bus. We did see others with coolers on the bus but they were not allowed to take them into the Grand Canyon. I would suggest buying the meal plan. Our temps that day was around 106F. There was plenty of water provided throughout the trip. Remember to grab several bottles before entering the Grand Canyon…you will need them. I would suggest taking an insulated cup so your water will stay colder. We chose to do the skywalk and it was incredible. Lockers are provided for free to store all belongings except your phone to use as a camera on the skywalk. Our bus driver, Wally, was AWESOME! He picked us up at our hotel right on time. He was very personable and ready to answer any questions that we had. He provided any and all information you could ever need about not only the Grand Canyon but the surrounding areas also. I could have listened to his voice all day long. He was very conscious of every passenger on the bus. He did head counts at every stop to make sure he left no one behind. Our first stop was to the IHop for a quick breakfast. While there are bathrooms on the bus, we made a stop on the way at a gas station to stretch our legs and bathroom/snack break. We continued on to the Grand Canyon West where we had 3hrs and I felt it was plenty of time. We stopped by on the way out at the same gas station for a bathroom break and then on to the Hoover Dam for a short 15min to take pictures. Overall, the trip was wonderful and I would definitely suggest this tour. Make sure to ask for Wally to be your bus driver.
