We had the privilege of attending the trip of a lifetime with Gabriel Travels! We had complete peace of mind regarding the itinerary and planning. Everything was safe, comfortable, and enriching to our souls! The group was respectful, friendly, and welcoming! The locations we visited were incredible! There was a perfect mix of planned activities and free time. We never felt like we were trapped in a giant group. But instead felt taken care of and accommodated! Transportation was smooth and comfortable, food was readily available, and we felt gently guided throughout all of Israel. The tour guide was a walking encyclopedia and fountain of knowledge, but also humble and kind. It was perfect! Would recommend to anyone anytime! We are so grateful and happy with our trip to Israel! Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with the service of the employee of this company in Sacramento. His name is Artem. He refused to answer the question about ETIAS. And my specific question: Has this form already been implemented or will it need to be filled out from 2026 when you fly to Germany?). He replied that if I had bought tickets from them, he would have told me. Despite my pleas for an answer, he explained that even for a hammered nail you have to pay the person who hammered it. In short, it turns out that Gabriel Travel employs not only people, but also robots. If it were possible, I would have given the service rating 0 instead of 1.

Horrible agency, I haven't been able to get plane tickets for three days, they are constantly busy and say they will call me back, but no one calls me back. Their employee Ilya, I don't know what he does there, who has been helping me for three days and can't help me buy tickets. When we called again and were told that they haven't been able to help us for three days, they just sent us an information printout and that's it, the man on the line angrily said that we will have to wait another fourth day. This is horror, not an agency. You treat people like garbage that can be sent and thrown away. No respect for customers.

Came in speaking in Russian, but later switched to perfect English (living in the states for 33 years will do that that you) they simply simply said we can't help you. Obviously I can find flights on my own if I'm able. But not all are able. Is why they still exist

Called to ask if they have tickets from California to country of Mexico and 2x they hanged up the phone instead of saying they don't fly there... they are extremely rude and unprofessional and thank God I didn't book anything with disgusting people like this... learn how to talk to people before opening up a business.
