Disappointing is the word I have to define my experience with the Frontier Las Vegas staff. The employees were rude and disrespectful. Miss Mica and Mrs. Marta, the airline supervisor to whom I complained, but who didn't care at all about the complaint. They are workers with little training and little education. Additionally, they do not respect company policies and treat passengers at their convenience and do not follow the rules and policies. If they like you, they treat you well.
