Your $99 a month deal sucks. So you can only schedule one day before you leave if there are seats available for your day. Then if you want to schedule early there is a fee. You still have to pay the high ticket seat charge because it's last minute schuling. Each check on is $80 for this type of flight member. Normal check on is $40 You also give a tiny compartment for one personal suite case size and charge $80 for a carry on.

I was only gone for a week and had family plans, so I had to spend $180 out-of-pocket to rebook with another airline the next day. Trying to reach customer service? Forget it. • No live person available by phone. • You’re forced to use their chat system. • I’ve been waiting over 2 hours for a live agent with no response. Frontier’s message is clear: If your flight gets cancelled, you’re on your own. No real help, no accountability, no reliable support. This airline is cheap for a reason—but the real cost hits when something goes wrong. Never again.

It brings me great pleasure to read all these 1 star reviews and people are beginning to all see that frontier should not even be in business. Worst airline ever- do not book. Your flight ends up being more expensive than a good airline after bag charges, seat charges- and the terrible attitude of all their DEI hired staff. STAY AWAY!

Will never book another flight again with this airline. Airline is not transparent with their charges until after you book. Even a personal carry-on is charged.. can’t think of another airline charges for a personal item to be carried on. Be transparent, like every other airline.. you have cheaper prices. They have no customer service and you’re still making as much money as the other airlines.. your charges are still the same luggage, which is double the competitor.

Step 1- enforce personal item polices that no other airline enforces Step 2- charge exorbitant fees for personal item. $99 each way? Gtfo. Never again will I fly frontier
