Cons for sure! Told me to use the counter because my flight was departing shortly and they would be able to assist me because the self check in would no longer work. They charged a fee. Be careful with this airline! (They shouldn’t charge a fee for counter check in, this is insane.)

the worst airlines you can fly. they will lose you luggage and over charge for everything. I will make sure not to fly them again regardless of the price. trash

Delayed. Boarding is trash with seemingly eveyone in zone 1 - so even though i was row 5 i had 100 people in front of me. Got bag into overhead bin and then proceeded to wait 30 more minutes for everyone to file on; was like it was first flight. Made connection. But had to wait another 30 minutes for other delayed flights. And i pay for a carryon to carry it and personal item. Because of delay im sitting here with carryon bwtween feet and personal item in lap as no overhead space in front by time i boarded plane.

This airline has no reguard for the airport employees, staying open for 6 hours after the previous flight on a holiday is highly inconsiderate

For starters, if I can give them a zero I would go that low for a star rating. This airline covers is the worst possible airline in business today. I'm certain their payroll checks bounce frequently. My personal experience has been less than stellar when dealing with rude, unprofessional and incompetent employees who work for this company. It's clear that even the flight attendants, front desk check-in, and gate attendance try to bait. You went to to an argument so that they can call the police on you. In summary, I'd rather walk to my destination than fly with this horrible airline company.
