    I'm so irritated with frontier. They advertised all these perks with getting one of the credit cards. I got one and have not been able to use any perks yet. My husband was charged $99 for his medical bag (I did talk with customer service and was told they would give me a credit voucher). The gate reps pick and choose who to target for their bags. It's so unfair. They don't offer any snacks for free on the flight. On the way home or flight was delayed 4 hours with no real explanation. They did let us board from the front and back of the plane after the 4 hour delay. Their service is questionable. I've tried to book out a flight in August for the last few months and the dates are not open and they can not tell me when they will open up further dates.

    Denver airport , I paid for a round trip. I waited 30 minutes and missed a flight because I was waiting on the supervisor. My booking does not exist although I paid for roudtrip. They said I cancelled my flight somehow I did not receive confirmation. The woman in this picture is a supervisor and was very unhelpful and did not have any customer service skills to have me wait 30 minutes and be right around the corner.

    17 years with the company and this is the first time I've been to the hangar It was a cool experience.

    But I will never travel with this airline again in my life. They are the worst. The staff that works within this company is not qualified to work there. They damaged my surfboard and it was useless and they told me that they are not responsible for anything! Besides, I was bringing some souvenirs for my family and they took them just like some sandals. My luggage was almost all damaged. I will not travel with this airline again!

    Never flying this airline again. Worst experience I’ve had travelling. They find ways to upcharge their passengers so you end up paying the same amount as you would for an airline with decent seating, more services, and more hospitable staff.
