    This company has shown a complete lack of competence and respect for its customers. It took the agent 25 minutes just to locate the flight, then the flight was delayed, and after that passengers were boarded only to sit in the plane while it taxied around the airport. The pilot claimed there were “paperwork issues,” but in reality the crew’s shift had simply ended. The fact that the airline knowingly boarded passengers under these circumstances is unacceptable and shows nothing but poor management and greed. The staff appear untrained and incapable of handling even the simplest issues. This level of service is disgraceful and completely unacceptable for any airline.

    The first flight was exceptional! The leg room was so good. Then I had a long layover in Phoenix. The flight to from Phoenix to Dallas was so very cramped. I'm not even very tall, and had very little leg room. Had to pay almost $5 for one Soda. I'm used to United giving you one soda for free. The flight attendants were nice.

    Enjoyed my 1st flight with frontier to painefield wa. Staff was very nice and plane was pretty cleaned. The 5 stars is for the customer service person salvai who assisted my husband on the phone 10/5. We were having issues checking in so we called and our checked bag was causing the issue not allowing us to check in, we were asked to wait and check in at the airport. Get to painefield and get to the counter start talking with the person checking us in and the customer service person made the note on my account preventing any further issues checking in. That stood out for us the most. Someone actually did what they said they were gonna do

    Delayed my flight causing me to miss connection, had no other flights available, refused to book me with another airline, gave me a refund and 75 dollars leaving me to scramble last minute. I thought I'd save a few bucks with Frontier what a mistake. The closest flight they offered was the next day to a destination 4 hrs a way by car. They refused to book me a flight with another airline despite flights available to near by airports on the same day. Now I know going forward that Im better off paying for delta, because even if I save a few bucks I'll pay much more when they cancel my flight last minute and leave me in the lurch.

    I love the fact that they have the cheapest airfare on the same day . In my experience, the app is user friendly , plane is clean and bigger seats , always on time . I’m a Go wild member and the perks and cool ! I prefer Frontier than any other airlines for the short and direct flight.

    I am a very simple flyer. Yet there are times you see why the difference. Flight prices can be so much better than others and I sleep anyways so it works for me. Maybe not others. I had a flight canceled then put on another flight 12 hours later , then 6 hour delay and so much more unfortunate events yet when I emailed for some reimbursement for lost time and wages then said no. Not even a voucher or anything. It is what it is , but sometimes you see what you pay for.

    Avoid this airline at all cost! Just pay the extra to fly on a more dependable airline. They add extra charges for EVERYTHING. They cancel flights often. There are daily delays. I sat on hold trying to speak with a customer service rep for over 4 hours and 45 mins. I recieved a meal voucher for a whopping $15 for a 8 hour delay. What does $15 pay for in a airport. This airline should be investigated for unscroupulous practices. Never again and I will let everyone on social media know of my horrific experience.

    So far so good. We booked very reasonably priced round-trip air on Frontier from Charlotte to Denver months in advance. Their schedule changed thus so did our flights; it's a bummer when it happens but it's to be expected. We could not make the new timing or other options offered, but to rebook entirely with them or another airline would have been WAY pricier and we were committed to the trip. I got on the phone with customer service to rebook from a closer airport to us with better timing that showed online availability. At first the representative said she could not see or book those flights. But I persevered and she stuck with me, ultimately rebooking us with better timing and routing for the same price by giving me several credit codes to apply to my new balance due. I'm super grateful to Frontier and that representative for seeing it through!

    A fetus has more space in the womb than I did in my seat. I guess you have to pay extra if you want both your butt cheeks to be able to fit the hobbit-sized seats. I was in so much pain by the end of our two hour flight. There was no room for my legs, everything is physically unpleasant. And to add to the anguish, no food or drinks are free. It’ll cost you $8 for cheezits that are filled with preservatives like TBHQ, that have been the subject of major health concerns just like the rest of their snack options. Like gee thanks..let’s be starved or get stomach aches . Great options. Wish Airplanes wouldn’t fit us all in like sardines in a tin can
