To Frontier Airlines: This was my first time traveling with my family and it couldn’t have been more disappointing. There were 5 employees plus a supervisor, but only 2 were actually helping at the desk. Nobody seemed willing to step in, and the supervisor wasn’t supporting her team at all. Once the line was almost done, the rest of the staff just sat down and ignored people who still needed help. The whole line was frustrated no one felt taken care of. Frontier, you really need to train your employees better on customer service and efficiency. Families deserve better than this.

Worst flight experience ever. First of all the south terminal airport is far away from the main airport that leaves you with just one shop for any kind of food/snack/coffee need. More over the south terminal is too small to handle even 2 flights arrival and departure at the same time. All passengers faced multiple time boarding and de-boarding. Our flight was already delayed by hour and not update after that. Would literally never recommend Frontier Airlines ever.

One of my worst experiences with an airline in my entire life was when I missed my connection due to Frontier's negligence. From the reviews, I see that this happens very frequently. In Atlanta, they gave me a flight eight hours later and did not offer me any compensation, not to mention the terrible attitude of the staff, who clearly do not care and even enjoy seeing others suffer. It's a rubbish airline, full of unhappy employees. I will never fly with Frontier again.

I've been from here to there and back again. IMHO Frontier is a "You get what you pay for" Airline. I've never expected service, comfort, or technicality of a Qatar Airlines level trip when I paid less to fly from Houston to Seattle than I paid for lunch at the airport. Most of the negative reviews are from travelers who didn't plan ahead or expect the airline to strap them to a silver platter and carry them on a dias with velvet cushions and rose petals. Solid 4 stars. Quitcherbitchin. Use the boarding pass on your phone. Get to the airport early. Be prepared for YOUR trip. Blind Owl APPROVED

I do not recommend flying with Frontier Airlines Our experience was horrible. They were rude, unhelpful, and seemed not to care about customers at all. Even when issues weren’t our fault—like missing a flight—they refused to refund us or accommodate us on another flight the same day. In some cases, they offered flights days later or no compensation at all. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would never choose to fly with Frontier Airlines again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service and rude service agents. Terrible communication about flight options. Terrible company. I avoid this airline like the plague but when I had to quickly fly with a backpack for a short trip I gave them a chance. Turned my "short" commute time into double and a day. Will never fly again. If you cancel a flight you need to provide your customers with hotel vouchers and figure out hoe to get them home next day, not 3 days later. Absolutelyunacceptable. Not sure how you can sleep at night knowing you're a complete scam of a business. Can't believe this airline is in business still, do not know how.

Frontier airlines "GO WILD PASS", is not worth the time. Tried to book IAHLAX, no nonstops, only connecting thru Denver for 9hr to 1 day+ layovers. Would of NEVER bought this Go wild pass for $299, if I known REAL flight unavailability and very long layovers. *STAY AWAY*

I arrived 59 minutes before my flight to check in, because the terminal they informed me of by email was different than their check in counter. They told me I was ineligible to board my flight, and that I needed to call customer service for a refund. I consider this business to be a preditory scam
