    Terrible Experience with Frontier Airlines Flight F966 I recently had the unfortunate experience of flying Frontier Airlines on flight F966, and I can say without a doubt that it was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered. After being stranded at the airport for over 18 hours, I feel compelled to share my frustrations. First and foremost, the customer service was shockingly inadequate. When we sought assistance regarding our delayed flight, we were met with unhelpful responses and an overall lack of concern from the staff. It was as if they were completely indifferent to the plight of stranded passengers. As the hours dragged on, the mistreatment became increasingly evident. There were no updates provided about our flight status, and basic necessities like food and water were nearly impossible to come by. Many passengers, including families with young children, were left without any support or compassion, forced to scrounge for overpriced snacks from vending machines. The indifference displayed by Frontier Airlines during such a stressful situation was appalling. It was clear that passenger well-being was not a priority for them. We were left to navigate the uncomfortable airport environment with little to no assistance, and it felt like our concerns were completely ignored. In short, my experience with Frontier Airlines on flight F966 was a nightmare. If you value your time, comfort, and the basic decency of customer service, I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your travel needs. This airline left a lasting negative impression, and I will think twice before booking with them again.

    Don't book here just to get a deal. Cheap flights but poor customer service. They make sure to ignore you or disappear fast when there's an issue. Don't forget..talk crap about you right to your face and laugh. Plane had an oil leak and we had to get off plane and wait hours and hours. A 10:29AM flight turned into a 8:49PM flight. A staff member gave $10 coupons for dinner though. It doesn't make up for what happened. They offered an earlier flight and I confirmed but they do not tell you it could take up to 2 hours to update in the app. So I wasted time stressing out trying to chat with some AI thing that was useless but I finally got through to a person that was helping me understand what was going on. So finally got help after having to call. Update: the email offered a flight not even going to Miami but the girl on the phone didn't figure it out till the 2nd phone call when the early booking still didn't show up in app. I'm cancelling and never booking again! 11 hours wasted sitting at an airport.

    Frontier has affordable flights but poor customer service. I had a terrible experience with Frontier airline agent Louis or Lewis he was rude to most customer and left me frustrated and helpless. My flight was early due to a shuttle drop-off from the cruise port. As soon as I arrived, there were no agents available. I waited an hour and a half to approach the customer service desk, where I encountered Louisor Lewis airline agent who seemed completely uninterested in helping. Instead of offering solutions, he repeatedly told me, "There's nothing we can do. My supervisor will not allow it." When I asked for directions for the self-service kiosk, he shrugged and said, "You're going to have to figure it out yourself." Without even checking the system himself, I was pushed to the side while the agent continued to stand behind the desk, seemingly annoyed that I was still there. The agent never apologized or offered any empathy. I felt invisible, and the lack of basic customer service was beyond frustrating. I left the airport feeling like my concerns didn’t matter, and my travel experience had turned into a nightmare that could have easily been avoided with a bit of effort and courtesy from the Frontier airline staff.

    Horrible service, no management or managers to speak to, we waited 3 hours in a line to leave our baggage. Mid way through our wait we were told to switch lines, waited some more. Once we got to the attendant she told us we could not board our flight because check in took to long!!!! I will never fly with frontier again!! I would not give them another opportunity even if the flight was free.. no wonder the ratings are so bad with this airline... go to another airline... this is not worth the hassle!!!. I would give less than 1 star.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. This has been a horrible experience with terrible customer service. I had already paid and had an assigned seat. I went to scan my boarding pass and they told me I couldn’t get on the flight because they had overbooked it even though the other 2 people I was traveling with were able to get on the plane. They were very rude and yelling at me even though it was their fault. They said the next available flight was 2 days for now but only gave me a voucher for 1 night in a hotel and no meal voucher. This is completely unacceptable and I will never be flying on Frontier again and I urge you all to do the same.

    Very unprofessional This airline is a complete rip off. Not only do they charge you for carry on bags, they also charge a $75.00 fee for luggage weighing greater than 40 lbs. In addition, their staff are rude and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and read all of their Google reviews and you will see that they are all consistent. Save yourself the hundreds I paid and book with a better quality airline, like Delta. 😞

    I cannot begin to describe the experience, but i will not be having another one because i will never book with Frontier again the wait times are ridiculous just to check a bag and when you do TSA is twice as slow caused me a missed flight, when i returned to the desk to facilitate a rebook i was told to scan the QR code to rebook a flight or wait til 7:30 am (my flight was @6) when I waited and waited and waited some more no agents at the desk with 15 people in line. I had the intuition to call the airline and was informed that i was put as a no show for my first layover stop... And i cannot understand why, and they refused to refund my money because of this, NEVER AGAIN!!!
