It’s a low cost carrier so you get what you pay for, but still, it used to heads and shoulders better than what it is now. Flight attendants and pilots are friendly for the most part, but it’s abundantly clear that the company is cutting every possible corner they can. Delayed flights for mechanical issues? Check. Stuck on the tarmac because the gate is occupied by another plane? Check. On and on. It’s almost always something. I’m like Charlie Brown and Lucy with Frontier these days. This time she won’t grab the football, I just know it!

"Warning: Avoid flying with Frontier Airlines! I recently booked a round-trip flight from Trenton Airport (NJ) to West Palm Beach. Despite arriving 44 minutes before departure (with no check-in bags) and checking in through their app, I encountered numerous issues: - Delayed flight by 1.5 hours - Overbooked flight, but no one volunteered to take a voucher - Stranded at the airport, forcing me to book another flight - Announced to receive a voucher, but no staff were available for 30 minutes - Took an Uber to Newark to catch a different flight When I called Frontier Airlines to request a refund, they claimed the flight wasn't overbooked, contradicting their earlier announcement. They refused to provide a refund. Beware of Frontier Airlines' poor service and deceptive practices. Even if their tickets seem cheaper, it's not worth the hassle and frustration."

7 1/2 hour delay because they didn't put a crew on staff for the plane. They offer a $50 voucher for your next flight and then tell you if you forgot yo pay for your carry on, you have to pay $60 or they will refuse passage on the plane. They can keep their voucher, I'll never fly Frontier again, they are disorganized, and don't care about the inconvenience and value of others.

I'm so disappointed on this airline. I paid $477.00 for two tickets to NY when the pandemic started it. This airline cancel my ticket and gives me a voucher wich it never mention it was for 90 days. I booked a flight with the voucher for a flight with the cost of $176.00 I was just told the rest of the money is lost!!!!!! What are u serious. We are on a pandemic situation. This airline is telling me I lost $300.00 ... Really... other airliners are giving 365 days to flight or they would returned the money if I don't want a voucher. I was ask to be transferred to a manager and I'm still waiting for hear.

Overall a very satisfying trip from West Palm Beach to Trenton. The flight attendants on Frontier Airlines were friendly, helpful and seemed to be enjoying their roles as they served each guest. The aircraft was clean and the instructions were clear in delivery and everyone just seemed to be very polite and respectful. The pilot had a smooth takeoff and landing as well. I would definitely look into using this airline again. There is a huge change in the customer experience. I am grateful to be witnessing the improvements. Thanks! One huge observation, the female flight attendants gets so insecure when they encounter a female with poise and grace. It’s almost as if the effort to stay positive and sweet gets diminished and the service level falls. While on the other hand, the male flight attendants can maintain a high level of excellence in service regardless of who they are serving. Thanks for a beautiful experience!
