So rude people, bad energy working there… looks like they do not want want to see u happy or in a good mood that they are ready to change, in a bad way, everything. Today, 10/20/25, 3:41 am, in a city that receives 7 million tourists per month , such a big airport and yet with one of the worst customer services in the country. Even paying for the border pass, 25$ each, they acted with disdain and arrogance. Try not flight Frontier

Firetable the staff is poorly trained and very rude at the terminal (JFK). They charge for everything including the right to bring a carryon, however they forced people to check-in their lougage at the entrance of the plane, this is outright robbery. The excuse was the plain was full, this was a lie see video attached. There was only 10% of the passengers inside the plain at the time. Yes liers, robbery. When a passenger demanded to take his family carryon on the plain the crew threaten to call security on them. They were 1 hour delayed, on arrival our luggage too another 1 to get to the claim area. Ps. We know you are a budget airline, that doesn't give u the right to treat ur passenger like rats in a barn, and it definitely doesn't give u the right to steal from us.

This airline intentionally creates chaos at their check in counter- multiple lines, and employees “screening” passengers before you reach the counter makes for long lines and delays. Even with checking in on the app 24 hours before flight, and paying for checked bags, we were told to take our luggage to the gate to be checked when it was 55 minutes before departure! My child was flying alone, and because she is older than 15 Frontier’s ticketing agent told us she had to carry her carry-on, personal item, and 40lb checked bag by herself to the gate. The entire check in process seemed designed to make passenger miss their flights and/or make life more difficult for the gate personnel. It certainly did not make the flight leave on time, or a pleasant travel experience for any of the people flying with Frontier. I’ve flown with just about every airline, and can say with confidence that Frontier is the bottom of the barrel. If you’re stuck flying with them- treat it as an international flight and arrive at least 2 hours before departure, and be prepared for lots of attitude at their check in counter.

Showed up 2 1/2 hours early from MCO, the line was 3 + hours to check in a bag, instructions say show up 2 hours early. Prior flights we were delayed over 2 hours when told it’d be 15-20 minutes with 0 updates during the last hour of 15-20 minutes. People in front of us also missed flight yesterday and had to rebook from 2+ hour wait. They were missing todays as well. Currently on hold last 1 hour after claiming a 5-10 minute wait

Once again, Frontier disappointed me... as if all the hassle I had on the trip from Las Vegas to Orlando wasn't enough, with several delays, a food voucher that was useless because when they sent it, the stores were already closed at the airport, so I couldn't use it... then they gave me a voucher for a new trip... I wanted to believe it would be different this time... but things only got worse... on the flight from Orlando to Dallas, they started with a notice offering a free flight change and a $250 voucher for anyone who canceled that flight... then the boarding time changes began... then, after all the passengers were already on the plane waiting for takeoff, a notice came that we should leave the plane alone and go to another, which caused widespread fear and discontent... because if the plane had problems, why did we board, shouldn't this have been checked beforehand? But I don't believe that's what happened because we were put on a slightly larger plane, probably to accommodate all the passengers due to the overbooking practiced... I missed my transfer contracted in Dallas due to the delay in arriving in the city... I had to rent a car in a hurry to get from the airport to the hotel... As if that weren't enough, the problems persisted on the return flight from Dallas to Orlando... Another delay in boarding time, a change of boarding gate, terrible service from the professionals who were there and no one said anything... When they released access to the plane, when I got to my seat, it was dirty, with a lot of sugar and paper everywhere, in other words, the plane wasn't cleaned between one flight and another... Not to mention the service from the flight attendants... very rude to everyone... one of the worst experiences of my life when it comes to air travel... I called the hotline to complain and the information they gave me was that delays can happen... but coincidence or not, only on Frontier flights... I took some photos of several Frontier flights delayed, while other airlines are operating normally within the initially scheduled time, without causing inconvenience to their customers... only Frontier is causing problems... I would like to know what action will be taken as it is unacceptable that all the reported events go unpunished... waiting for a quick response

My sister was on a flight from Denver To Orlando. She requested for help and a wheelchair. The person that got her in the wheelchair was great and helped to the fullest. When he got her to the plan she found out she had to walk a staircase and carry her suitcase up with her. She told him she couldn't do that. She told him that she could walk up if she kept both hands on the railing and wasn't rushed. But she couldn't carry her suitcase up. So he did it for her the the people on top of the staircase ask him why did he carry that up for her and he told that she couldn't do it for herself and needed help. Then he walked back down to her and helped her out of the chair and stayed behind her as she make her slow climb to the top while the Frontier employees stood and watch him help her to the top. When she got up there . They wouldn't even help her carry her suitcase into the plan or even put the bag in the over head. A passenger saw her having a hard time and helped her after her suitcase hit her in her face. After my sister sat down she tried to get her arm rest up so she could get out of her chair . She couldn't figure it out and the people around her also tried to help her with no luck . So she pushed the call button to get help. After a little while one of the employees came to her and ask us this a emergency and she said no it isn't. I just need help and the lady had a bad attitude and said to her I bet you do. We have a emergency in back she didn't want to hear what my sister needed help with she told her she has a handicap and needed help. The lady said to her in a ugly tone . I bet you do what is it? First of all it's against the law to ask a person what it is or to question them about it or talk down to a person when they ask for help. She made my sister feel very low and treated her badly. Then my sister told her what she needed help with and again the lady treated her badly but showed her how the move her armrest. A few mins later that same person got on the intercom and told the back part of the plan they have a emergency and that they all had to move and treat all of them like they were kids by the tone of her voice and then started to sign directions to them on what to do . All this made the flight to Orlando very uncomfortable for my sister. When they landed they wouldn't help her get her bag down from the over head and a passenger helped . Remind you on her ticket it even say handicap and request wheelchair . Also the guy in Denver told them that she needed help with her baggage and they didn't help her at all just gave her a hard time. So anyone that plans to fly with them do not expect help from them if you need it and be treated badly when you ask for help and talked down to

Suprised that we didn't have any issue flying through frontier during the government shutdown. Everything went nice smooth and easy. This is our first time flying through with frontier and it was a good first time. Flying for only 2-3hrs is ok but if I was to fly further I might have to go with other airlines. Frontier Airline seats are like sitting on cardboard. If they would have better cushion this flight is actually OK.
