I'll just leave a little story for everyone to read. I did reach out to the airlines through social media and received a verbal apology. It's really not about the money or the items lost, it's about the phone call I received from my mother and her tone and demeanor while on the phone call. So I dropped my 61 year old mother off this morning at 4:40 am for a 6:10 flight to see her best friend in North Carolina at your terminal D. She then called me 20 mins later to inform me that she was told that if she wanted to check a bag she would have to do that at terminal E because of some sort of reasoning involving a lack of "room" in said terminal. This led to her being " forced" to now turn her bag she planned on checking into a carry on, which resulted in her having to leave behind a small surprise she had for her best friend who has recently moved from Texas. She had packed two small bottles of a local fast food restaurant's hot sauce that her friend had made a point to mention when my mother asked her best friend if there was anything she could bring her from Texas. I understand that they have a business to run and things aren't always black and white, but getting to listen to my mother say " I knew I was going to screw something up" on the phone this morning just really ate at me. I do not recommend this company to anyone, solely based on my interaction with the company through private messages on social media.

Crew was friendly and made it a 5 star experience! Definitely would fly using Frontier out of Little Rock again.

We received an email saying that my uncles flight was delayed and departing Little Rock 1:20 later. We arrived at Frontier ticket counter 2 hours prior to departure. Counter was closed. Found a Frontier employee. Totally RUDE and not willing to help. They said we should have been there 2 hours prior to the original departure time. My uncle is 80 and in a wheel chair. They were totally rude and unwilling to help. NEVER FLY FRONTIER!!!

I do not recommend flying with Frontier Airlines unless you travel with a back pack and you are skinny! Tickets are "economical" but by the time you are charge for your main suitcase, your carry on and are only allowed a small bag, you end up paying the same or more as any regular airline and with more hassle. Also the aircraft are uncomfortable, very tight sit space, and the restroom is tiny. Any slightly overweight person will have issues using the restroom! Also, if they are part of an international flight connection, you will be charged heavily for your luggage weight, whick will be correct for the rest of the flights!

Thank you Frontier Little Rock for giving me a 5 star experience! My only other time flying Frontier was from Grand Rapids MI and it was horrible beginning to end. Employees were so rude with all the passengers.. I didn't think I would ever fly again with them. But the Little Rock crew was kind and so friendly.. definitely would fly again with them. Awesome job!
