⭐️⭐️⭐️ Frontier Airlines at Harry Reid International Airport offered a mixed experience. On the positive side, check-in was efficient, the staff at the counter were courteous, and when flights did operate, the aircraft was clean and the onboard crew professional. Prices were competitive, making it an attractive option for budget travel. That said, I had to take away two stars because my flight was canceled twice. ❌✈️ While cancellations can happen with any airline, the repeated disruption was frustrating and caused significant delays in my plans. Rebooking was possible, but the process was time-consuming and stressful. Overall, Frontier has strong value and solid service when everything goes as scheduled, but reliability remains a concern that travelers should be prepared for.

This is without a doubt the worst airline experience of my life. Frontier robbed us at every single step. • I paid $54 for one checked bag up to 40 lbs, but because my bag was only 8 pounds over, they demanded another $100 on top of that. • They charge $25 per person if you don’t check in yourself. The check-in process is intentionally complicated: you have to download their app, do part of it there, then go to a kiosk (which wasn’t even working). If you ask for help at the counter, they charge you again – $25 per person just for the agent to do what should be basic service. • The most outrageous part: they intentionally separated me from my 2-year-old child, not once but on both flights (outbound and return), even though the plane was about 30% empty. Then they tried to charge me another $100 just to sit next to my own toddler. This isn’t a mistake — it’s a deliberate practice to extort families. Absolutely inhumane. The flight itself was a complete nightmare: • The plane was delayed over 3 hours, and during that entire time they didn’t even provide free water – not for adults, not even for kids. Instead, they kept trying to sell us drinks and snacks. Truly unbelievable. • On board, someone got sick and the crew was completely unprepared. They kept running back and forth with the defibrillator and oxygen tank, pretending to act, but clearly had no idea what to do. It was chaos. • After what was supposed to be a 2-hour flight, it turned into a 10-hour ordeal. They lost our bags, had no staff at baggage claim, and didn’t even display which carousel the luggage would come out on. It was like playing a guessing game to find your own bag. • And worst of all: when we finally landed, they didn’t even bring us to a jet bridge. They forced us to get off the plane on the runway and left us outside on the cold tarmac in just our t-shirts for an hour. Absolutely unacceptable treatment. I honestly don’t understand how authorities allow this company to keep operating. It is unsafe, unprofessional, and purely focused on ripping people off. I will never fly Frontier again. Not only that – I would rather stay home than ever risk stepping on one of their planes again.

We took a trip from our city to Las Vegas, and honestly, it was probably the best experience I've had on an airplane. Initially, it felt weird when boarding because we walked down a makeshift ramp onto the tarmac and back onto another ramp into the plane. It felt like we were boarding a cruise ship. The seats were relatively comfortable with enough leg room. The incline was very smooth, and I wasn't able to feel the g-force as it ascended. Total flight time was about an hour and twenty minutes. The stewardess was friendly and helpful. I'm really hoping this wasn't a one time thing.

We booked a nonstop flight from Vegas to Dallas and the airline added a stop in Denver. Irritating but ok. Now our flight to Denver is delayed so we will miss the connecting flight in Denver to Dallas. They won’t hold the flight in Denver. We are now stuck in Vegas with no car and nowhere to stay for the next 10 hours for the next direct to Dallas flight. They offered a ONE HUNDRED dollar flight voucher, and we had to call and ask for some sort of compensation. I have to miss work tomorrow and wages for that day. My daughter will also miss work and wages for tomorrow. And we have to spend a fortune on airport food to eat today. To say nothing to the fact the we won’t sleep until tomorrow morning leaving us both up and awake for over 24 hours. Ok thanks for the voucher though, I’ll be sure to book with Frontier again. Yeah right. I’ll just pay more at the beginning for a more customer service oriented airline.

WORST AIRLINE TO EXIST! DO NOT USE - they will loose your luggage on a regular basis! I flew from Vegas back to CA and they lost my luggage but didn’t loose anyone else’s on my flight. I don’t check in late, so it wouldn’t have been due to that. Last year when my sister tried to go to Vegas, she showed up in Vegas but her luggage was flown on another flight. Took her almost 2 weeks to get her flight back. In SF airport, they have no “Lost Baggage Claim office” & no customer service phone number to call. The way they operate is all the employees use their personal cellphones to contact one another. Additionally, you have to go all the way to the international Frontier check in just to report your lost baggage. All they could do is take down my contact info, and thankfully it “just showed up” after 3h. What a nightmare. Cheap flights but not worth the headache and poor customer service. STAY AWAY

My daughter had a horrible and unsafe experience on Frontier Airlines from Las Vegas to SFO. They double booked seats, forced her to move, and the narrow space to reach the reassigned seat caused her left knee to dislocate. A bystander notified the pilot, and he rolled his eyes and showed zero compassion. A doctor on board asked for medical tools, but Frontier had no proper emergency equipment. EMTs took 15 minutes to arrive, and it took over 40 minutes before she reached the ER. To make it worse, Frontier made her rebook with a doctor’s note then canceled that flight too and said there were no flights until the next day. She was in pain, on crutches, and had to purchase Southwest last-minute, paying extra out of pocket. Meanwhile, her luggage was sent to SFO the day before, and Frontier’s baggage department won’t answer calls at all. This was an extremely poor, unsafe, and uncaring experience. We will never fly Frontier again.
