    WORST AIRLINE TO EXIST! DO NOT USE - they will loose your luggage on a regular basis! I flew from Vegas back to CA and they lost my luggage but didn’t loose anyone else’s on my flight. I don’t check in late, so it wouldn’t have been due to that. Last year when my sister tried to go to Vegas, she showed up in Vegas but her luggage was flown on another flight. Took her almost 2 weeks to get her flight back. In SF airport, they have no “Lost Baggage Claim office” & no customer service phone number to call. The way they operate is all the employees use their personal cellphones to contact one another. Additionally, you have to go all the way to the international Frontier check in just to report your lost baggage. All they could do is take down my contact info, and thankfully it “just showed up” after 3h. What a nightmare. Cheap flights but not worth the headache and poor customer service. STAY AWAY

    I will never fly with them again They ruined my birthday on the 3rd of July I spend my birthday in a place I did not want to be in due to storm and weather conditions which I understood but Las Vegas frontier Airlines talk me into sending my bag to my destination, which was Disney World Orlando, Florida frontier, and I had my 42nd birthday planned out. They told me to send my bag and I will be able to fly out the next day I said ok cool came the next day to fly out when I got to Orlando Florida my bag was sent to lost and found immediately because Vegas frontier failed to communicate with Orlando frontier they failed to tag my back. I was so upset because they didn’t compensate me on top of stressing me out because now I didn’t have any clothes to enjoy my birthday dress etc you name it I had to pay for clothes for the whole trip, and take Ubers for toothbrushes and all my hygiene and birthday clothes all over again I tried to enjoy the trip and make the best of it, but because of that one simple mistake of not tagging my bag was their responsibility and they ruined my birthday and I also bought a yearly summer pass and I got sick and couldn’t take any trips on that summer pass I bought a summer pass and didn’t take not one trip on it and I just lost out with that money. I tried to reach out to them to let them know that I didn’t get to take any trips on the summer pass and it would be nice to know why y’all didn’t respond I’m better and healthy and they did not respond or compensate so I would never again fly in life them and I suggest no one else maybe I need to go to the news too

    Staff at Frontier are frequently unhelpful. The planes seem to be dirty, especially the bathrooms. Additionally thr seating is uncomfortable and legroom is horrible. Frontier has soo many delayed flights and cancelled flights. The app does not update in real-time. Additionally, I have the worst experience with reaching competent staff when I have issues. I’ve had multiple damaged bags with Frontier. As I type this review, I’m still battling Frontier on a baggage claim that is 10 months old!!! If the flights were not so cheap I’d never fly Frontier.

    Customer service is horrendous. Obviously, they must not pay their employees enough to care about passengers. A surly, unhelpful group of customer NON-service (at SFO). The day I was due to fly, Frontier's Website and App went down, causing multiple mishaps. As such, we arrived at the boarding gate ONE minute late. There were about 10 customers pleading, but the employees would not open the door to let us board. And they saw us running to the gate. That's just cruel. Their concept of "help" consisted of Ignoring all of us and then walking away. I was able to submit a complaint through their website (when it was back up and running). But it was like they did not even read my letter. I was told I didn't qualify for a refund because I appeared as a "No Show." HAH! Finally, a second response was sent that was much more helpful. But of course, no resolution. As many others have said here, DO NOT FLY FRONTIER! The painful experience is just not worth it.

    Wish I can review negatives. Such a bad experience with Frontier. We have consistently had extremely poor experiences with Frontier Airlines over the past year. Not once have we completed a round trip successfully without major issues. In both directions of our trips, Frontier has either delayed or canceled flights, leaving us stranded and forced to spend extra money on last-minute flights with other airlines and hotel stays. What should have been a budget-friendly option has ended up costing far more in stress, money, and wasted time. Customer service provides little to no support, and there is no accountability for the inconvenience caused to passengers. After multiple attempts to give them a chance, it’s clear Frontier is unreliable. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly suggest choosing another airline.

Her professionalism truly made the difference! The checkin closes 1hour before boarding, it’s wasn’t clear when I bought ticket and I didn’t receive any guide / email from the frontier airline. Compared with all other airlines, the frontier could do better job on communication tbh.

We did not have any checked bags. I needed a boarding pass for my father, which was denied with no care of reasoning minutes under an hour. The check bag staff doesn't care with sour attitude, the boarding pass front desk people don't look like they want to be there. My father was stuck without a flight with money wasted. Had to rebook a last-minute fight. I feel bad for the family after us who all had their luggage ready to check in being denied as well. There needs to be some flexibility with certain situations. FRONTIER DO BETTER!

    Frontier Airlines might be one of the worst companies that I’ve ever interacted with in my career… Not just the worst airlines….one of the worst corporations. Their policies are designed to make it as inconvenient and as difficult for their customers as possible, if there’s a way in which they can manipulate the system to force you to miss a flight so that they can keep the revenue without having you fly with them… They’ll do it. The worst part is their counter. Staff are very nice people… I spent the last 15 minutes encouraging the 2 Frontier agents to get a job application at Delta Airlines or work for another company that actually sets up their team members for success instead of this disgrace of a business. Even if they offer a lower fare, it’s not worth it… Avoid this airline and avoid the mistakes that I made
