I was involuntarily denied boarding. They tried to offer people $300 in flight credit to change flights but no one took it. I was the only who won the lottery I guess of being bumped. I had to get home tha night so I had to pay $550 for a ticket on a mainline. I wasn’t worried because I knew by law they owed me 4x my flight price which would be equivalent. But to this date Frontier denies I was involuntarily denied boarding instead saying I was ‘downgraded’ from my seat. Ummmmm being downgraded means you don’t get the class of seat you paid for but you still get to fly! Involuntary denial of taking the flight is way different than a downgrade of service. There was no aircraft swap this is just Frontier trying to get around the law. I’m fighting them everyday this is not ok. They gave me $250 in flight credit which I have not accepted, how insulting - that’s less than the people in the airport were offered! They need sued over this bad behavior.

Terrible company. Had us board and unboard multiple times. Then after several hours canceled the flight. Offered no accommodation, vouchers, or credit for expensive Uber rides to and from the airport. First and last time I will ever try frontier and I didn't even get to fly. Simply offered a refund for hours wasted and lots of money.

Trash airline at trash airport. Constant delays. The flights are oversold..after waiting hours to board the airline denied certain passengers boarding due to overselling the flight. No explanation or rights were provided as required by law and FAA. The staff are not helpful and unprofessional.

Thank you, Frontier, for losing my bag after I volunteered to check it. Had to buy new clothes, no one picks up the phone after 40 mins on hold, and absolutely zero compensation. Truly unforgettable service. 👏

Always something wrong when flying Frontier.. Talk about you getting what you pay for.. Delay after Delay Delay Delay Always never never fail. I am not sure if any airlines can get any worse

This our 5th time flying with them and have been very happy with them. I had an issue with my credit not applying and I used the chat feature to fix the issue.
