Flight F9-1068, originally scheduled to depart on May 2, 2025. I and many other passengers boarded the plane and remained seated for approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes before we were instructed to deplane. At that point, we were informed the flight was delayed until 9:30 a.m. on May 3, 2025, which was subsequently delayed to 11:45 a.m., and then again until 1:00 p.m., when we finally departed. Adding insult to injury, Frontier Airlines has denied providing any refund or travel credit, citing that passengers had “boarded the plane” and therefore the initial delay does not qualify under your policy. This rationale is extremely disappointing and feels like a manipulation of technicalities to avoid compensating passengers for a major inconvenience. It is especially frustrating given the total delay extended well beyond 12 hours from the original scheduled departure.

yoooo so i booked a Frontier flight for HELLA cheap and thought i was winnin’… LMAO i was not 😭💀 flight was supposed to leave at 17:10 to ONT, but boarding was mad sus from the jump. no updates, no nothing. then suddenly at 16:45 they’re like “EVERYBODY GET ON NOW” 😭 all zones at once. it was a full-on hunger games at the gate 💼🧍‍♂️🧍‍♀️💥 people who lined up right got CUT by chaos gremlins. no order. no vibes. AND THEN—plot twist—they weren’t even letting folks on the plane yet 💀 line STALLED. turns out they were “waiting on maintenance to get out.” cool cool. but nah, get this: THE DELAY WAS OVER A PEN POUCH. 💀✍️🫠 apparently the pilot was big mad that the pouch where the pen lives in the exit row seat was broken, and maintenance was like “bro just toss it in the bigger pouch, you’ll survive.” 💀 the back-and-forth over ONE PEN made us taxi at 17:55 and take off at 18:00. like bro… i’m no pilot but an HOUR delay over a pen pouch?? frontier what is going ON 💀✈️💢 passengers were big pressed. and THEN—no entertainment screen. no charging ports. plane felt like a flying bus from 2004 😭📴 even for a cheap ticket i expected basic tech bro… i had to just ✨sit✨ with my thoughts. 10/10 price, 2/10 experience, 0/10 for pen drama. would only recommend if you pack patience and a power bank 😮‍💨

I have to come here because they will not refund my plane ticket after 7 days as promised and nobody is available to reach them over the phone or text, this company should be audited and put out of service for scamming customers out of millions of dollars!!!!!! Filing lawsuit now

I’m standing in line with a hundred other people at the frontier desk at Hobby. We’ve been in line for over an hour while 4 employees have stared at the massive line and not helped a single customer. They are all incredibly rude, despite the massive inconvenience they’ve caused. Some of these people will miss their flights and it was 100% avoidable. There are no kiosks for baggage checking, so we are all forced to wait in this endless line. This place is a joke. Fly anyone else, at least at Hobby.

Avoid flying with this circus at all costs. They will nickel and dime you to the point you should have booked the other airline. And the way they are set up in the airport will probably make you miss your flight.

Frontier airlines "GO WILD PASS", is not worth the time. Tried to book IAHLAX, no nonstops, only connecting thru Denver for 9hr to1 day+ layovers. Would of NEVER bought this Go wild pass for $299, if I known REAL flight unavailability and very long layovers. *STAY AWAY*
