I thought I had a steal when I booked my tickets round trip from Chicago to Vegas then Vegas to Chicago for so cheap! Until I seen I had to pack very light for a 3 day trip. Or be charged an insane amount for a bag and I couldn’t pick out tickets. When we arrived and departed the flights were on time. However, this was my very first time flying with Frontier…. And when we got settled in I was almost in tears. I sent by the window seat on the first flight and felt like I was smashed against the wall. On our returning layover flight I sat in the middle seat. Which I think just isn’t for full figured people like me!!! No leg room , no support whatsoever! An ironing board has more cushion then there seats does! On the last returning flight we had I made the decision to sit in the aisle seat… which is what I would recommend to anyone flying with this airline. Because of the uncomfortable seats I will not be flying with this airline again! And they are the most pettiest airline I’ve ever seen that literally makes you pay for snacks and drinks! They won’t even be courteous and give you a cup of water for free even if you were choking! I brought I can of sprite and cup of stir fry noodles…. What would have costed $2.50 from Dollar Tree they charged me $8 for smh!

I wish I could rate them 0 stars. They are a horribly run airline with no concept of customer service. I just flew from Atlanta to Chicago. My flight was supposed to depart at 12:29...after 7 gate changes and about 15 departure time changes, I finally landed at Midway around 1am. They force feed their app on the consumer which has led to a workforce that is detached from the customer's experience. When something goes wrong, the front line folks for this pretend airline have no ability to manage a negative situation. They offer the bare minimum to pacify an 11 hour airport stay. I was offered $15 food credit while I was at the airport for 2 meal periods. I have much more dirt on LASTier Airline, but I'm exhausted and bitter after this latest trip. I can say our 2nd pilot was awesome and the only employee to show sincere frustration and empathy with the situation. Save money, but pray nothing goes wrong on your trip. Go to hell, Frontier!

(Flight attendant Angela Osbourne) I’m new to frontier Airlines. I usually fly southwest but they were fully booked. Father of 3 flying home from work to see kids and wife for her birthday. This was a 3 hour flight. As I’m walking through the plane to find my seat I notice there’s a lot of seats/row available. (These open seats/rows was not taking once everyone was in their assigned seat) Now I’m a very respectful person and follow all rules and regulations as given. I’m 6’3 185 lbs and Once I found my seat it was really tight next to a couple. The flight has not moved and the flight attendants haven’t started explaining emergency and safety procedures for the aircraft. I noticed one of the flight attendants and I wave to try to get attention (flight attendant Angela Osbourne it seems she seen me but ignored) I get up and approach her to ask her if I could move to one of the open rows seats since it is empty and I’m uncomfortable squeezed in next to that couple. I simply was going to politely ask her if I could move to one of the open rows. Angela Osbourne was the flight attendants name. She yelled at me to “go sit down” in the most demeaning way! Very rude and unprofessional. I was shocked the way she spoke to me. I returned to my seat feeling completely disrespected and embarrassed . Once she walked by me I asked her for her name. She refused to give me her name. Instead she tried to explain her actions and regulations. I explained I respect the rules and regulations but you don’t yell at passengers like that. Idk if she’s accustomed to rude people but I was not one of them. She didn’t apologize I didn’t move seat. Last time I’m flying this airline. I rather drive.

I do not understand the reviews on here, I just flew round-trip from Philadelphia to Chicago (flight 1463) and Chicago to Philadelphia ( flight 1464) with Frontier Airlines and it was the BEST FLYING EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had in my life with more than 40 flights lifetime with other airlines. The staff at the airport was awesome , the check in process was easy and seamless, the website and app kept me up-to-date on any delays. Even with bad weather, and an anticipated delay of 40 minutes, we still boarded our plane on time. The flight crew was awesome. They were smiling, They were happy and look like they legitimately enjoy helping the passengers. Great value as the flight was so reasonably priced It was ridiculous. You have earned a customer for life as I don’t ever anticipate flying with anyone else. Frontier airlines in Chicago and Philadelphia. Keep up the great work. #frontierairlinesrock

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Frontier Airlines. My flight was nearly 4 hours late, and there was no communication or updates from the staff. The service was horrible—crew were unhelpful, seating was uncomfortable, and overall attention to passengers’ needs was minimal. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I do not recommend anyone flying with Frontier
