    My first flight with Frontier was a pleasant surprise. I'd heard mixed reviews, but my experience was excellent from start to finish. The flight was on time, which is a huge plus. The staff, both at the gate and on the plane, were friendly and professional. Boarding was efficient, and the flight itself was completely hassle-free. For an affordable airline, I was thoroughly impressed. I'll definitely be flying with Frontier again.

    Absolutely the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. We had a flight scheduled at 11:30 AM, which was delayed repeatedly without clear communication — first until 2:30 PM. We were left sitting in the airport for hours with no updates, no staff present to explain what was happening. Once they finally boarded us, we sat in the plane for another three hours doing absolutely nothing. No service. No explanation. Eventually, they asked everyone to get off the plane because the flight was canceled — again, with no clear reason and no staff available to speak to us. It was complete chaos. For over two hours, it felt like Frontier staff just disappeared. We were left confused, stressed, and exhausted with zero support. To make things worse, when I reached out to Frontier’s customer service online, they told us to get compensation or a voucher from the airport staff — but the airport staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I asked politely for a hotel voucher since we were stranded in a city we don’t live in, and the agent literally shrugged and said “okay,” like it wasn’t her problem. No manager. No accountability. No empathy. I even recorded video footage of the chaos because it was so unbelievable. Frontier’s customer service is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend this airline to anyone.

    We’re at a new low when half the aisle seats are empty because Frontier was holding onto hope people would pay for a seat. This is while we were delayed an hour so everyone’s paid carry ons could all be checked. Gate agent shouting if people didn’t check their bag they’d be booked on another flight out. Now we’re waiting another 45+ minutes in heat while they service the plane before takeoff. I know you’re low budget but this is out of control. Even Spirit Airlines treats their customers like flyers and not rotting cattle. Do better.

    One of the worst airline experiences I have ever had Flying with Frontier was genuinely awful. The aircraft, an Airbus A320neo Leo, is incredibly uncomfortable. The seats have no recline, no padding, and barely any legroom. For a flight that is over five hours long, it is borderline inhumane. Sleeping was impossible. To make matters worse, they only allow you two small cups of water. That is what the flight attendant told us. After that, they start charging. Not even basic hydration is included. It is shocking. On top of this, the baggage fees are absurd. You end up paying a high price overall and get almost nothing in return. No comfort. No service. Definitely no value. Never again. I will not fly Frontier again under any circumstances.

    Frontier Airlines got it wrong on my recent flight to North Carolina. This was my second time flying Frontier. This is highly will be my last. The prices are great for short local flights. However, you get what you pay for! The 10:30 am was delayed to 1 pm. Mind you, I had my nephew's graduation to attend on the same day. Once I arrived at the gate, it was crowded. I'm not sure what the delay was about, but there was no communication/explanation to their customers about the disruption of the flight. Highly unprofessional!! When it was time to board the plane, there was no announcement to board by zones. People just lined up and started boarding. I saw what was happening, so I decided to get on the line and I boarded. Everything was unorganized and unclear to customers. There were so many different explanations for the delay.. no straight answer. The flight was quick and the flight attendants were professional, helpful, and friendly. Upon landing, I had to go obtain my rental car, which furthered my lateness to the graduation. Because of Frontier's delay, I missed my nephew's graduation. I felt defeated and unhappy. No apologies...no explanation...horrible experience. 🙁

    I frequently fly through Frontier Airlines at the LaGuardia airport located at terminal B. I’ve witness many upset passengers that take their frustrations out on the the gate agents for issues out if their control. The airline will rebook your flight or refund your purchase if the flight is cancelled/delayed more than 3 hours. The bag policy’s something we all agree to when we check in for our flight, I feel this airlines improved with the limits but it’s still needs to be with in reason. If your bag doesn’t fit it’s cheaper to buy it online through the app than through the agent. The gates in the termal are nice, with plenty of seating and charging stations near your gate. There’s plenty of delicious food options and shopping around while waiting for your flight. Gate agents, Kymanni and Queen went above and beyond during a recent flight delay/cancellation. I was very impressed at how informative and professional they remain during a very stressful situation. They really kept things moving efficiently on their end to get us to our destination. After three hours or more you will receive an email with instructions on how to rebook or refund your trip. You will save time and frustration by using the app instead of going to the gate agents. In my many years of traveling with the airlines, if I’ve had an issue they always get me on the next flight available flight or refund my purchase. I recommend this airline, it’s economical, efficient and safe. Most of my scheduled flights at this terminal are on time departing from this airport.
