    Hit or miss. You get what you pay for. I’ve had flights delayed for 2 hours, and I’ve had flights arrive early. They do nickel and dime you, for sure, but it is what it is when you’re looking for the cheapest flights. My last flight was actually great. Left on time, arrive ten minutes early.

    By far and away the worst airline I’ve ever flown. They advertise as a discount but end up being very expensive after they hit you for every fee they can. The agents are rude and they take advantage of families charging extra to sit together. God forbid you need help, that is apparently $80! I only hope they care for the aircraft more than they do serving their customers…

    Cancelled out scheduled 8:55pm flight at 1am. This is after we were delayed 3 hours. We eventually got on the plane only for the flight to be cancelled. Line was 150 people and with kids we couldn’t stay any longer. Refund takes over 7 days (nearly $2,000) and no voucher or anything being provided through chat. Customer service at the gates is extremely poor and typically rude.

    Unreliable tried to fly out from Grand Rapids to Orlando pregnant wife and three kids. Best they could do is give me a $40 voucher. The reason why we chose to take frontier because they had a straight through flight from Orlando and Grandrapids will not use this airline in the future they’ve had four cancellations the last 5 months had to set up at the airport for 5 to 6 hours just to cancel it now on another plane next day to Orlando and delayed again, another three hours very unreliable.

    You can’t even say you get what you pay for. After all the extra fees you end up spending more than a Delta flight. It’s a painful experience so heed the multiple warnings. Frontier has a 1 star rating which I think is very generous.
