Pretty cool to come in bus in case you don't feel like driving, driver is precautions and it's affordable 36 bucks per person

The representative Macario Lopez was so unprofessional and disrespectful to my mother. As he raised he's voice at her. Gave us wrong poorly instructions on where exactly wait for our bus. That error made us wait one hour and a half more. To people that is tired and exhausted from a long trip. This is so unprofessional. The bus stop is at the back of the building and you should wait for you bus behind the building as well.

Please be aware of this company as they try to scam people who are looking for transportation from Tijuana to LA/SD. They have a sketchy deal with taxi drivers who charge over $200 for a ride to their buses.

At first I gave lower rating because I was not clearly told if we were going to reach the 9am bus or not after crossing the border. At the end we didnt, and I was a bit upset and I had to wait till noon for the next bus. Before getting on the 12pm bus, I was kindly approached by the transportation supervisor and she helped me understand that there was a miscommunication and she promised to work on improving the customer experience. Satisfied with the quick response.
