Our recent trip to Crete was our first time using a travel agent and I would definitely do it again. Chelsea was able to provide us with even more than we had hoped for and still stayed within our budget. The hotel was a beautiful 5 star and included an amazing daily breakfast buffet. The excursion to the Palace of Knossos also included a private driver and tour guide, a tour of the archeological museum, a tour of Greek Orthodox basilica, and an authentic Cretan family style dinner. It was way more than what we had expected and we loved the entire experience.

Julisa was the perfect person for this first time cruiser to work with. I threw all sorts of information at her which she translated, organized and brought us a package that was perfect. She didn't judge that we wanted a cruise with less children or that we couldn't buy the most expensive packages. She was quick yet thorough, did great follow up when I was delayed in responding, and made me trust that we were very much taken care of. We've been waiting five years to finally take our honeymoon and without Julisa's help, it probably would have been another five years for us to figure it out!

This was my first time utilizing a Travel Agent to plan a trip. Sharlet was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Her response and follow up time was efficient. She was knowledgeable and provided valuable recommendations in order to make our trip memorable. I will definitely be using her for our next vacation!

I have booked multiple trips with Chelsea and have always been very happy. She listens to what I want, respects my budget, asks me questions and gives suggestions to make the trip better. She's so helpful and very smart. I'd be lost without her!!
