The manager of this location is a wonderful person and a huge help. However, the agent we worked with was unhelpful, uninformed and we, as first time travelers, got ourselves into a terrible situation regarding a payment plan and travel protection plan. If you are planning a vacation, be advised DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANY SORT OF PAYMENT PLAN. Our agent did not inform us this wasn’t part of the down payment process AND the payment plan is irreversible. He was not even aware this option was available on the payment link emailed to us. As first time customers and having never gone through the process, we had no idea that this would effect the travel protection plan and doing an It has been an absolute nightmare. I would not reccomend Fox Valley Travel to anyone.
